I ran cooling ducts from the stock bumper cut-outs without any problems (tho the passenger side was a bit tight). I used 2.5" x 7' replacement hose for a shop-vac and 2 approx. 3" x 8" attachment nozzles, plus a couple dozen zip ties, all for about $35 from Home Depot. Maybe it's ghetto, but it works and nobody sees it anyway!Originally Posted by geeitup
Had to post pics of my new Aero, painted sills, shaved "Infiniti" and 06 reverse lamps. Anybody ever try to put vents in the Aero bumper to cool the brakes?
I found a generic vent for marine applications that flows into a round outlet, which I may be able to adapt. I wish I would have worked it before the bumber was on the car though. The Aero bumper should really come with brake vents!

Have any of you had paint chipping from painted sills. I'm wondering about clearbra on the rock/scuff prone areas.
No problems at all...~2 years now.Originally Posted by geeitup

Depends on the quallity of work done,
but the non-OEM paint seems much tougher.
