I'll say the red one is the Sport bumper. One of the pictures showed the red model with the M/T and (in Canada) you can't get the intelligent cruise which is evident in the left bumper.

That's a cleaner look in my opinion.

 

The bumper on the red G is the sport bumper. I have looked through enough pictures and article (Motor Trend) to believe that. Also, the sport package comes with the extension on the side rocker panels. The 18" rims also give away the sport package too. So, I am pretty sure the red G has the sport bumper and the dark blue G doesn't.

 

Trust me kailep, I have looked through enough pictures myself, probably too many!

The reason I am not 100% sure which bumper is which is because all the pictures we have seen to date have had a mixed bag of things. What I mean by that is that we have seen 07s with the Sport wheels but not the spoiler, Sport model with wood grain interior (not available), and a 6MT without a spoiler (which is only available with Sport package, ie spoiler). The 07 G35s that MT tested were pre-production models. Actual production hadn't even started when MT was testing those G35s.

 

I thought one of those bumpers was a prepreduction that wasn't going to be used. I have to say the one on the left with the more open vents is better looking. The red one on the right looks to plain, too BMW 3 series. I just wish they would release the pricing information and full details.

 

You could be right because car manufacturers will always change something right before the actual production is off the assembly line.

I don't like the bumper on the red G. In fact I dislike it so much I'll pass on the sport model if that's the sport model bumper
