Which Bumper is Which??

So now that I know what the rear spoiler is going to look like, the only outstanding question I still have is which bumper goes on the Sport model?
IMO, I would guess that the sport bumper is the one on the left. What do you guys think? Kenny (da mayor), do you happen to know which is which?

I actually prefer the one on the right. I hope that's the sport bumper.

Trey, I actually like them both. The one on the left seems a little more agressive looking to me though. Maybe its just the angle of the pic.

I like them both as well Shane, you may be right about the angle making the one on the left look more agressive. Shane, if you look at the car behind the Garnet Ember G, isn't that the G that had the spoiler? Is the spoiler on the Sport or just part of an aero package like it is now?

One of the things I liked about the 05/06 sedan over the 03/04 was the coupe-type front bumper. However, I'm still not satisfied with the stock bumper. The ducts are practically flush with the rest of the bumper, unlike the coupe's bumper which features a greater degree of recess.

To me, the bumper on the left looks to much like the current 05/06 stock bumper. It's meaner, yes, and definitely an improvement. But I just love the massive overhang of the bumper on the right.

In fact, the bumper first-gen bumper is the biggest fault in it's style IMO. I'd love to go with an aftermarket bumper, but there are so few options for the 05/06, and frankly, most of the aftermarket bumpers are too rice. The one's that aren't too rice are too VIP(whatever the hell that's supposed to mean). I think the bumper on the right is a good compromise.

Sorry for the dissertation.

Yep, the blue G in the background is the one with the spoiler. The spoiler is only available with the sport package (at least here in Canada). That blue G has the same bumper as the Garnet Ember G, but I am not sure if that means much considering these are pre-production models.

I thought the red one had the "S" on the rear, hence I think the bumper on the red goes with the Sport package or the 6MT gearbox. It looks more sporty too imo.

Daniel, only the silver G had the "S" on the trunk. I am starting to think that this is the sport bumper as well.

I just checked Shane, and even on the '06 you have to have the Sport to get the Aero package with the spoiler, guess that's why the aftermarket spoiler is so popular an option with the dealer.

No, that is the Lakeshore Slate/Slate Blue G, the one with the spoiler is the Blue Onyx, you can see it behind the Garnet Ember G in that pic, it has the same bumper as the GE!

Why would Infiniti go through the trouble of making two types of bumpers? Although it's nice to have choices, I think this is rather peculiar....
