No, it's $9.95 for just the live traffic. For music & traffic, it's $12.95 (music) + $3.99 (traffic) = $16.94/month ($203.28/year not including any activation charges).

The 21 US metro areas where XM traffic info is provided are listed here:

... that's voice traffic info, but I assume the list is the same for navigation-integrated traffic info.

Ahhh. So the navigation-integrated traffic coverage is in a lot more markets - 44 - than the voice traffic information, only 21. That's a big deal for me because Sacramento is in the list of 44 but not the list of 21.

Sirius has a lifetime subscription, but I don't believe XM does. I've had XM for about 4 years now and don't recall ever seeing a lifetime option. They do offer discounts for multiple year subscriptions.
