Well, I'm a little upset that the G35 Sport doesn't have the heated seats that the G35x does.

Not according to this:
http://www.infiniti.com/allnewG/2007...ifications.pdf

But I visited the dealer in Van Nuys and sat in the sport model and I thought I saw seat heater switches.

All '07s except the X require the Premium Package for heated seats. Get the Premium Package with your Base, Journey, Sport or Sport MT and you get heated seats. Simple.

Sounds like they're following BMW packaging.
To get the "sport" seats = order sport pkg.

- at least the base seats have the controls on the side.

I know. I'm just a little irked that I'd have to pay probably $3000 on the '07to get something that is standard today (along with a ton of stuff that I'd never use/don't care about. ).
