Why would a legitimate dealer have to try and sell on ebay, I mean, is this car even permitted to be delivered yet?

... a 10/8 PM to me from a Northern California deаlership. Same message, slightly different medium. The EBay listing isn't for "a" G35; it's just cheap advertising for their pending first allocation. This isn't a knock of the deаlerships; it's smart targeted marketing to people who have already shown interest in a 2007 G35, whether by forum posting or EBay search.
