My main concern however is can the trunk hold more than one golf bag. My TL barely holds 2 bags. I wish it could hold at least three but what can I do.

Has anyone tried putting golf bags in the back?
I can't speak for the 07 yet, but I am a golfer and my 03 can easily transport 4 golf bags in the trunk. The trunk in the 07 is wee bit smaller than my 03 (14.5 cu. ft. vs 13.5 cu. ft). The only issue that I can see with the trunk in the 07 is the CD changer taking up some extra room.

It's funny how issues that make one person furiously upset - are a complete non-issue for someone else.

from an observer who has only seen pics, and is in the market for an '03/'04 sedan.....the center console is a vast improvement from the previous model.

Hmmm .... maybe you haven't noticed - but the correct spelling is INFINITI
I am just amazed that you took so much time to make a big deal out of rear seats not folding, but didn't spell Infiniti correctly even once

IMO, I don't think that the Lexus IS350 interior materials/fit/finish etc are significantly better than the G (Dunno about Merc)
IMO again, IS350 has a pretty cheap looking interior for a Lexus !

100% agreed. I definitely do not think this is quality interior.

I agree 100%. I was not impressed with the quality and appearance of the Lexus IS350's interior; not nearly as nice as the Lexus ES, GS, RX, or LS interiors. Besides that, it also feels way too cramped inside, claustrophobic in fact.

It's just you.

The 07 has 34.7" of rear leg room while the previous generation has 33.6".

I actually like that snug fit for the driver...as for rear-seaters...that space just sucks!

Good pics -- pics convey things much more easily
This is just plain crappy given what ppl expect in a Lexus !

Folding seats aside, i'm still stuck on

I mean WTF! A $50,000 Car and they don't have folding rear seats ... that upset enough not to consider buying that car.
Was this a G35 or an M45 we're talking about here?
