To each their own I suppose. Start saving for that Brembo brake kit with 15" rotors and 8-piston calipers at all four corners...to offset for MASSIVE increase in rotational mass and the associated decreased braking performance. But then again, you may as well go FI for the "go" side of things.

The M can work with 22" when done right.

22's on a G is just nasty.

You cant compare the G to the M with 22" wheels. The M is a bigger car, and will be able to 'hold' the 22's better.

Whoever decides to run 22+ wheels on their G... you ground clearance will be f'in high. That will look retarted!
Not to mention the fact that the tires have to be rubber bands practically if you're going to maintain the OE wheel height and not kill the speedo accuracy. But then again, rubber bands don't protect the substantial investment in 22's..

22" is too big on anything IMO except a Rolls Royce Phantom

have fun with your 4x4 looing 07 G35, you will have taken a beautiful car and turned it into an offroad car... You're not the only young one here, a majority of us are under 25...

Thanks for clearing that up. That's part of my struggle. I want more performance and looks. Unfortunately I don't want to go FI.

I love 22's,

Had them on my 300C, and i will be looking at doing it on my G35. Its not really an import thing, but honestly, i just love the way they looked on my 300C!!

Some other guy has 22's on his g35, and it looks awesome!!! I have beeen through about 10 sets of rims already (96 protege, 02 maxima, 03 maxima, 06 300C, now 07 G35), and my favourite is the 22's.

Keep in mind, your braking distance sucks, your mileage will suck, and your acceleration will suck.

I had a superchips tuner on my 300C, and my 0-60MPH based on that unit was high 5's wihtout 22's and now high 6's with 22's.

Everytime I hear about some guy wanting to put 20" rims on, I automatically think he has to be from the NYC area 90% per of time I'm right
