No dealers in Florida with it. Order only, I guess that makes it a no go for me.

Here is some info with a demo video:

I did order the active-steer option which was the reason for the lengthy delay. Unfortunately I will not have my hands on it for another 10 weeks or so.

Maybe Santa will be kind this year...

I look forward to your review!

If I do go with the G, it will have to be without 4WAS since I am not willing to wait 3 months.

Edit for more info: I did read on FreshAlloy that the current G35 Sport suspension is the same with or without Active Steer. From what I read on FreshAlloy, just prior to production they decided to include the stiffer suspension that came with Active Steer on the Sport models, although they softened it just a tad. In my test drives this does make sense, since I found the Sport to be significantly stiffer than the Journey. The main reason I wanted 4WAS was to make sure I got the upgraded suspension. I would still like to try 4WAS, but not on an order. Additional caveat, the information did come from a salesman...who knows what basis in truth it has.

I ordered the 4WAS package as well - I'll give a review when it comes in, in about 8 weeks, end of Jan early February. I ordered it because of the improved handling which I'd read about in two major reviews, Motortrend and Automobilmag? forget which ones. Also I do like the change in steering ratio based on the cars speed, so not only does the steering tighten up the faster you go it also change s the ratio to give you greater control at faster speeds.

I believe I was the one who posted the details on freshalloy forum. I did a lot of searching around and read up on the M's 4WAS, which is the same as the G's. To me it's worth the money from what I've read. So I took a shot on it.

Forgot to mention, this is a fantastic video and site, I had seen this and this was also one of the reasons I decided to go with the package as well.

That was a great video, but it still seems to me a little but gimmicky.

The Sport version is not available with all wheel drive.

What I want to know is if anyone; dealer, customer, or reviewer, has tested a production version of the 4WAS and if the other suspension parts are different than the standard sport suspension.
Not true I HAVE A 07 G35X AND IT COMES WITH THE 4WAS
