I don't know. I'll have to try a regular audio CD in the back, just to make sure it's not a malfunction or something. And I can't find anything in the owner's manual regarding the players. I'll check.

Definitely keep me posted on this.....I can't imagine the rear changer not being able to play MP3 discs.

That was what I understood... only the main unit for MP3
IIRC there was something about this quite a while ago....

A couple of minor things at cost and a tire and wheel warranty gratis. I wasn't going into this expecting one of the ridiculous below-MSRP numbers some people on the board have quoted, but was very pleased at the service, and it seems like a small, albeit very well run operation.

You also have a lot fewer options when you can't walk into a showroom and play "let's do the checkbook peek-a-boo" with the sales manager!

Yes, you are correct. I just tried it again, and only the in-dash can play MP3 CDs. This sucks A$$!!!!!

Yeah, it does suck......but after I thought about it, it's not really a big deal since you've got the CF card that will fit a sh!tload of MP3s.

I still haven't figured out what the capacity limit is for the CF slot. I plan to get a SD-to-CF converter anyway, because I don't have anything else that uses CF, and I don't want to have to buy another card reader.

After taking up all that space in the trunk, it should be able to read MP3 files at the very least. You also have limitations with the CF card, you can't transfer music to the hard drive (damn RIAA ). You also can't rip MP3 files from CDs (double damn RIAA ).

On the plus side, MP3s sound like ****. So it's really a blessing in disguise. I'd rather not have an algorithm decide what nuances in a song I probably won't notice and cut those out of the song.

I agree with you. It's very disappointing because the majority of the music will be my MP3s. Sadly, I'd rather listen to regular analog radio with this sound system.

I'm guessing it's the fuse box behind that kick panel.

Is anyone with a 6MT hearing a very audible CLICK every time you step on the clutch pedal to disengage it? It's very noticeable when you have your stereo off.

Most certainly the fuse box. You are probably hearing the ignition safety switch.

Same on my deal at the other dealership except for the tire and wheel warranty. Nashua is ok but hard to get deals from them and when you call their service department 1/2 the time you get an answering machine. They seem busy all the time. It was going to take them a week to do an inspection sticker and one time a week just to do a oil change.
