Quote: Dude, I have your fix! Same thing happened to me yesterday, called the dealer, and here's the fix:

Roll the window down
Roll the window all the way up while holding the switch (hold the switch all the way up in what should be auto mode, not just first click)
KEEP holding the switch up for at least three seconds after the window is up

Voila - worked for me
Thanks! That fix worked. My car is perfect again.

Quote: Agree w/others here as well. If Infiniti/your dealer cannot provide you w/a quality car then I suggest you get a refund and look elsewhere - or at lest get another new '07G. There is no excuse for this given this price range, and there are several other offerings that you can go with.

Inoperable radio - welcome to Bose
In Texas at least you have 3 days to change your mind and take the car back; maybe that's a federal thing?

The laws differ from state-to-state. In NY, it is my understanding that the return allowance is 10 days.

new G 35
I picked mine up on the 8th and it is perfect. I took it away for the weekend, puttng about 450 miles on it and all is well. There is some hesitation in the cruise control when going down hill and there is too much resistance on the foot feed compared to my '05. The car is a significnat improvement over the '05.

I believe it is 10 days everywhere in Canada.

Florida (Silver Streak's location) does not have a "cooling-off" period allowing return of a new cаr to the deаler once the paperwork is signed.

http://www.coj.net/Departments/Commu...ffairs/FAQ.htm

... nor does California. That's not to say that the deаler couldn't agree to take the cаr back in the interests of good customer relations. If not, the cаr would have to come within Florida's Lemon Lаw to force the deаler (Nissаn, actually) to take it back.

I had the same issue, but I actually found the same fix in the manual.

Flawless otherwise.
