BUT the o7 17in ones are ugly as hell! hahah

Or just get a M5..next couple of years....
It will be interesting once Infiniti finally get to the stable stage for the new coupe...what will be the byproduct of that effort....
Right now it's getting the G's down to the low 13's or 12's 1/4 miles even....stock.
Hopefully Infiniti will have a reliable engine that is low maintanence and can compete with BMWs and American muscle's bests......

Nice car, but for some reason I like the 2006 model better! The 2007 sedan seems kinda smaller, more compact than the previous generation of G sedans. I watched the 27 min video from Agent Smith or whoever that dude is and I thought the ride was pretty tight, although he did discourage me when he disliked the higher rpm acceleration...
Anyway, I looked at one up close @ my local dealer, and I hate to say that I wasn't TOO impressed. It's like an 2007 M35 Jr.
Let's hope the next gen coupe kicks some ***. If it wasn't for the coupe, and I was gonna get an infiniti sedan, it would definately be the M35. That ****er is huge and very sexy. I love how big the headlights are on that thing... It's a beast!!!!

given the actual data it may be subjective, on the other hand:
the interior somehow it feels "tighter" inside, perhaps due to the
mybutt/sport seat ratio
around corners it feels smaller, maybe the sport suspension compared to my old non-sport
in traffic is feels bigger due to the newiness/target factor

Given the differences between the two cars, every important aspect of the car was improved. Interior, exterior(subjective), engine, suspension, transmission (to an extent).
I don't understand how this is even an arguement. Someone insecure with their 06 purchase? Know nothing about these cars? What?

For me at least, it is a car that was the face of the new Infiniti revolution for
the past 5 years...and a car credited in getting Infiniti back on it's feet.
A 150 mph car that suprised the autoworld and paved the way for the G35 coupe.
Besides I love the look of the 2006.....
And I suspect many will buy the 2006 sedans as they are phased out for the 2007 models.....
The 2006 is a excellent machine even when compared to the 2007 model IMO. It has proven to be a reliable machine that has near BMW performance and speed.
Both G's are incredible cars.....

The added instant deprecitation of the 06 would make me not want to touch it. It will be the fastest depreciating G to date.
When I bought my TSX(in 2004) I didn't care for the interior of the G, inspite of it being RWD and having a lot more power. Now, a few short years later my G should be in early next week - I think Infiniti did the right thing.

Well, when you see people who just can't afford to buy a new car at all....
One really gets the perspective that we should be thankful to even have a such choice.....
I think everyone on this board should be happy that they have
the resources to purchase a new Infiniti, that many in this world just dream of.
This is my perspective any way.....
