I can take calls and make them if i use the phone to dial. But the treo will disconnect immediately when nothing is happening. Even when i try to make a call with the car it connects and disconnects before i have a chance to make the call? Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks..

 

Theres a possibility the Bluetooth might not be compatible. My Motorolla i870 (Nextel) will connect and dial phone calls, but then will disconnect within the minute the call starts

 

Check around on this forum, this is a link to the bluetooth section but you can also look under Treo 650 and a couple other sub forums. There are guys on there that can fix just about anything.

 

I had my Treo 700w linked via Bluetooth to the '07G w/no issues when I was test driving one for a few days. Not sure if your 650 has a different bluetooth version than mine.

 

you might have to update it, go to palm.com and check it out...

 

im gonna go for an update, if not ill pick up a 700w. Ive been looking for a reason too

 

Well I just picked up a Razr V3 yesterday, since I didn't have a Bluetooth capable phone. I certainly hope it pairs okay with the 07 G.
I guess I will find out in a couple of more weeks. I hope.
