I told these guys it's a 24mm and all they needed to do was take their 5 7/8" bolt and cut it down to 5".

I know they drill the two holes for the front bumper as well as rivet on the ugly safety check plates to hang off the rear bumper. SAVE your G!!!!

I already requested that the front license plate not to be installed. My salesman left a big note on the paperwork when I went in for the deposit couple months ago. The safety check plate doesn't really bother me that much. I can't find anything that will actually fit with the rear license plate like how you did yours. The car arrives tomorrow, but still needs to go through customs. I can't wait

Cool! Guess you're cars safe from the drill happy techs @ the dealership then.

So the countdown begins, eh? Looking forward to them pics and seeing you on the road once you get your car Glenn!

Does the Stillen front plate bracket fit the '07 sedans as well? Website mentions only the coupe, and I haven't taken an upclose look at the front bumper yet of my sedan to see the mechanism of attachment.

It should, it's simple enough. It is just a bold that screws into where your tow hook goes on your front bumper that has a plate to mount your license plate to. The problem is when I took measurements the bolt that they sell today for the '04-'06 cars looks to be about 7/8" too long for the '07 cars.

Couldn't you just buy a shorter bolt or cut it off and rethread the end?

Exactly what I thought, cut it shorter and run a die over it to get the correct amount of thread.
It would also be very easy to fabricate one.
