Shane did you get hooked up with the free 3 month trial subscription on the XM radio, if so how's it work?

No, I haven't activated my XM service yet Wayne. I am thinking of holding off on activating XM since I won't be driving the G too much. I would rather test the XM when I am driving the car on a regular basis. I have to check and see if there is a deadline for the 3 month free trial first.

The XM free Subscription starts w/you take delivery of the vehicle - so if you do not activate it you’re only burning it up. Perhaps this is changed but this was the case for me. My car sat for 4 weeks after the dealer delivered it to the house w/I was out of the country - went to activate the XM Sat 3 month’s courtesy when I got back and only had two months left.

Nice car BTW - I'm not a fan of red but I stand corrected w/Garnet; quite stunning.

Good to know Rich, thanks for the heads up. I'll give XM Canada a call to confirm if that is still the case. Thanks again.

Will do Wayne, I will give them a call on Monday and let you know what I find out. Btw, we are supposed to get our first snowfall on Monday so I won't even be able to take my car to work to show the guys.

I activated my three months free today, and I agreed to keep it for a year after that because I was also able to use the XM Canada christmas promo of $50 off pf the year and I won't be charged until Feb 2/07. This works out so that I am paying approximately 115 for 15 monts of service.

.....so is that about $130 or so for a year's subscription for XM, Christian?

I absolutely love this pic Shane.... it says it all.
Your feelings for your new pride & joy are exuding from every pore.

As you pilot this baby around your area, I'm sure O'Regans will get more than a few phone calls from Saint John.

LOL, thanks Ian. I went for an extended drive yesterday afternoon and it was crazy how many looks I was getting. I think I will be going for another drive today since it is sunny here today. Snow is on the way for tomorrow, so it will be back to driving the QX4.

Same here for the snow... except ours is starting now.
It'll be a steady diet of F150 from now on.
