What car did you come FROM? Upgrade / Downgrade?

Upgrade to G35S Sedan AT from Pontiac Grand Prix GTP
Upgraded to an '07 G35S Sedan AT from an '04 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP with the handling package (I can't remember what Pontiac called it?). The GTP was a good car and fun to drive, but doesn't come close the '07 G35 Sedan. The only things I miss from the GTP is the massive low end tourqe of the supercharged 3.8L v6, and perhaps the extra shoulder room provided by the Grand Prix's 'Widebody' cabin.
The G35, however, is far more refined. It's power is very good, but since it has a very different power curve I'm still adjusting my driving technique to the G35. It's interesting that the normily aspirated 3.5L of the G35 is putting out more HP and almost the same tourqe as the 3.8L huffer of the GTP (grin). The fit and finish of the G35 is head and shoulders above the GTP, and the G35 has so many tech goodies that it's not even fair to compare with the GTP.
I only have one gripe about the G35: the moving vehicle safety lockouts on NAV and Audio systems are annoying. Infiniti went overboard and crippled an otherwise awesome technology package.
I've only had my G35 for one week and I'm still in the 1200 mile break in period. I'm looking forward to going WFO ... just 500 more miles to go!

^^ Wasn't there rumored of a Legacy Sti? Or didn't they make one in Japan?
However, they could never get rid of the WRX Sti because it is still their rally car, and their is a large enthusiast crowd for them. I can't imagine them rallying the WRX Sti and then only selling the Legacy Sti.
