As on today this is the only solution that i have found that works for me http://www.xtrememac.com/audio/cables/roadshow.php. This works pretty well, except for the hiss when the power is plugged in. The ground loop insulator from Radio Shack didn't solve the problem either. It is minimal at low volume but becomes pretty pronounced at higher one.
