That's an amazing first gear for an auto, especially coupled with that final drive.
Previous rides (a v8 auto mustang comes to mind) had a first gear ratio of 2.45:1 and was only a 4 speed a/t. (3.27 f/drive)
No wonder these rides get out of the hole quickly and yield excellent 0-60 times....

Maybe I should re-phrase my question:
Say I floored my 5AT on the highway until it hits the ECU speed governor. What will my RPM be at?
Of course, I'm not saying go out and do it ... but if you already have, please share.
