Negotiated Lease Deal Thread.

I have been reading the general negotiated deal thread for a few weeks now and it seems most everyone posting is buying their vehicle as they talk about the amout paid over invoice or under MSRP.

How about some people share what car they have leased (base, journey, X, sport) with the packages/options they got (nav., tech, premium etc.), money down, money factor (if known), residual and amout paid per month and # of months?

That would be very helpful for those of us in the market for a lease, not a buy...Thanks!

Where are you located and who is your dealer? That sounds like a great deal based on what they quoted me in November from a dealership in Ohio..

In late November I was quoted 629.00 per month for a 2007 G35x with premium package. Total was 800.00 down (which includes first month's payment) and 10k a year mileage for 36 months. The salesman said he expected it to be down around 550.00 by April.

Who knows...if I was ready to take delivery we may have negotiated a lower number.

I'll find out when it gets closer to Spring and I am ready to deal...

I'm located in Maryland Montgomery County, money down were first month payment and security deposit +tags so total was like $1300. Price I've negotiated is $32100 and it's the only manual they had on their lot.

Journey with Premium Package.

$34400 for the car including dealer installed sat radio tint and wheel locks.

$2500 down (because I wanted to).

I cant remember the money factor but it worked out to about 5.4%

Residual is $19,365

17,500 miles per year (purchased extra because I drive a lot)

$529 per month for 39 months.

A decent deal in my opinion with my limited experience with leases. This is only my second lease and a much better deal than my first. Hopefully my next lease will be even better than this one! I personally have no issue with leasing because I like to change cars every few years.....

Huh, some OK deals, but not great. How long before we start seeing some special infiniti type deals? The $1,000 down, $399 mo. types for a basic car?

Wow those deals don't sound good to me. I was thinking it should be more like $480 per month for 39 months with nothing down for 12K/yr. How much are you guys getting off of MSRP? What is your money factor and residual?

Uh.... buddy... My lease would have been $483/mo with $0 down on a 36 month lease. As far as lease numbers go, the residual for 36 mo is 58% and mf is .00211. Those numbers are generally not too negotiable. I got my car for $188 over invoice, and then a $595 acquisition fee. Total of $2256 below MSRP.

That is what I said it should be about $480/month. So why did you choose to fork out so much cash to start with? It seems like everyone else is paying a whole more than you.

I wanted my payment under $400 mo. I was working on the deal since the end of November. Finally everything fell into place.
