You boarders.....
Us skiers have no problem with the pass thru

Given that half the people snowboard these days, when are they going to design a car with a snowboard pass-through?

Does someone have a pic of the trunk? I am curious now. My '03 G sedans trunk was pretty reasonably large. I didn't realize the '07 was much smaller?

Here you go Kevin, I just ran out and took a pic of the trunk. Technically it is 1 c.u. ft smaller than the 1st generation, but I find that inside the trunk on my 07 is not as wide as what my 03 was. That and the narrow opening due to the CD Changer. All in all though, it's still big enough for me.

This was a concern for me before I signed up, because I'm a bass player in a band. I have a pair of identically sized speaker cabinets (about 22x24x17 inches).

I can haul my rig around in the 2K Maxima just fine by putting one of those cabs in the trunk, and laying down the other one in the backseat.

I was ruling out smaller sedans, until seriously considering the G35. Then it was just a matter of "where there's a will, there's a way"...

I figured out that I could pull the front seats forward enough to put both speaker cabinets on their edge sides with top-to-bottom running front-to-back in the seat, and then just move the seats back into position.

All other gear will fit in the trunk, rear set floor & front passenger side.
