The new G certaintly did seem to have a nicer interior with more "stuff". It seemed to have more of the luxry and convience items.

I also noticed the 07 has a BIG upgrade to the brakes. The rotors are huge compared to the 04. And this is a welcome improvement.

The 04 Sedan did great out on the road course untill about lap 3 when serious brake fade kicked in and it forced you to slow down.

Im sure there will be much less brake fade with the 07 sedans new rotors. These rotors are so big it looks like they were straight off a 350Z.

EDIT: They probably are the 350Z rotors and calipers!

I paced a 2007 G in the 2006 298hp one, he hit it and so did I and I couldnt keep up, he pulled slowly but much quicker than the 298hp. It was an old man too, I gave him the thumbs up at the light

The brakes are nice, I had no fade through the mountains, but I didn't have to use them much!

Most dyno's say that for some reason. It's wheel.

Don't they say "flywheel" because, even though the power is being measured at the rear-wheel, it's applying a correction factor to give the flywheel horsepower.

What ever the definition is, its actually a measurement at the wheel hub. So its power through the drive train with all the associated losses.

Hydrazine,

Do you have any data for the IS350?

It would be nice to see the IS350 AT with the new G35 AT and 6MT.

Thanks...

I would love to see this as well. I don't believe the IS350 makes more torque.

Good numbers but we want to see the IS350 compared to the 07 on the SAME Dyno, different Dyno's give different #'s is all.

you can pretty much tell by their posted low to mid 13s 1/4 mile that the IS350 is as powerful if not more... granted their 60' times are a little better than the one posted here earlier.
