Grubb's didn't offer me anything when I called. They weren't very serious with me. Austin Infiniti wouldn't budge, even though I already had a price from Sewell. So I went with Allison at Sewell. Her first price was the best I could find, and no one else was able to beat it. I called a dealer in Louisiana (Jamie at Orr) and he worked a lot with me through the phone, but he could only get close to the price and still couldn't match it.

 

Well, let's put it this way; after Dave C's offer at Grubbs:

• North Houston offered me MSRP - $400, and I laughed (politely)
• I hopped on a plane to Dallas the next day

Sorry to be coy, but he asked me not to give out specifics of the deal, and I agreed to respect that.
