This new G is definitely gonna be a hot seller! I think I was the only known 'S' in Hawaii until 808MIKE got his baby in the other day. NE-R 02 should be getting his in soon as well so we'll definitely be having a presence on the roads

Wow, that's awesome Kenny. How many new G's have you delivered since it has been released?

Kenny, you made a comment on an earlier thread about waiting on a ship from Japan. Are the cars being consistently delivered to dealers or are you seeing a gap after the port is cleared out and before the next ship arrives? Just wondering how long it will take for a decent inventory to start to build up at dealers.

if you have to special order a vehicle we place orders before the 10th of each month. it takes 3 months to see those cars.

so the cars arriving (weather permitting) the middle of february are the ones that we built in november order... and so on...

honestly, at this rate a lot of people want nav and nav tech cars and there's not too much of a supply nationwide.

So of the sales you have had so far, what would you estimate has been the breakdown between special orders from the factory vs. sales of intransit cars from your spec orders / trades with other dealers in transit vs. off the lot sales? I would guess off the lot is pretty low but I am hoping the special orders have not been too high a percentage.

i've gotten the chance to give my .02 cents on what color options and packages to order in vehicles so the ones i have in stock actually go by quick. like i tell most walk in clientele, most of the '07 G35's are getting sold prior to even getting to the dealerships. the ones we do have a lot of are G35x all wheel drive w/o a premium package-- for an extra $18 per month why not get the whole premium package. we don't have too many RWD g's up here in the northeast w/ the exception of G35 Sports and 6mt's

Just curious, do you Infinti dealers go to like Infinti conventions or something where you get to relay what customers are wanting to Infiniti corporate?

For example, a lot of people think the seater heaters should be improved, trunk mounted CD player should be eliminated on Nav cars with HD, etc.

Also, do you guys ever know stuff beforehand that you can't tell us? NDA stuff?
