Keep trying... maybe someone else can figure it out.

Do you have a specific box you're trying to put in there?

No, not specifically. Im just trying to think of things Ive put in my trunk and only had to slide it on the bottom because the opening was so large. The infiniti opening is narrow and not condusive to loading wider things.

I'm coming out of an FX45 - and haven't had any regrets re: trunk space.
Have you driven the FX? This might be a perfect fit for you.

Ok, weve gotten way off track here. Im going to end trunk space part of the thread because everyone seems happy with it and thats all that matters. I guess ive just been jaded with my A4. Ill just use my sisters pilot if I ever need to pick up anything.

No problems fitting two adult bodies even with the CD changer in the trunk.

I kid, I kid!

So the record function happens faster than real time? I was under the impression that it recorded at 1x speed and you had to play the whole cd.

What's the average time to record a cd? also I'm assuming the music is still playing while recording, right?

In the time it takes to play 1 song the music box will record 3. On average I would say it takes about 10 minutes per CD.

The CD will play while recording, but you have to listen to the tracks in order.

One thing to consider is once you get it, you will want it (read - need to have it) on every future car.

Cool!

Although I want to go back to the setup I had on my A4 as soon as possible. Solid black frame, black screw caps, slightly tinted cover, and personalized Miami Heat Plate.

The reason why I couldn't transfer tags is because this car is a different name, so for the time being I have a temp tag. I need to fill out some paperwork to transfer the plate and get it on the G.
