Infiniti of Pleasanton CA

I kept my communication minimal and firm to the point, leaving him really no room to say anything otherwise. And Scott was involved, too, and he's extremely helpful and courteous (more so than Claudio). There's definitely something about Claudio that I didn't like. He just wasn't as personable or genuine as other sales reps. Oakland by far had the best people and service. Super professional, super respectful (mind you, I look young, act young, and sometimes dress casual when going into showrooms, but not once did Oakland give me that "oh, you're just some punk kid who probably doesn't even have the money to buy our used cars" attitude).
I did not go to the Oakland dealership, but I will consider them in the future. I have had a similar experience with Infiniti (and Acura of Pleasanton) - cordial and knowledgeable sales staff, and top notch service.

All I can say is, if you start making a deal with this guy, be on guard. He was a "real sleaz" when dealing with me. But then, I challenged him on every point, which he didn't take very kindly.

I didn't have a good experience with Claudio from Serramonte also. We talked on the phone and I told him I was looking for a BRAND NEW black on black 06 coupe. He says he has one and so my mom and I went there to take a look at it. We signed all the paperwork and then he tells us the car is USED. Someone bought it and had already returned it.
I was pretty pissed cause black has always been my #1 color and since it was already december, there weren't many color choices left in Northern California. So we left and went to Pleasanton Infiniti and settled with an Ivory Pearl
but regardless, I love my car. And Pleasanton sent me a GREEN PLANT TOO
!!!
That's unusual. My family and family friends have bought a total of seven Infinitis from Serramonte thru Claudio and each one was a pleasant experience. Even if some of us live in the East Bay. A co-worker who I referred also found him to be very easy going and direct to the point.
