Don't go to Frontier Infiniti!

I believe they have a sister dealership (owned by the same owner(s)?) in Redwood City, California named Peninsula Infiniti.
I called the dealership this morning and they said that my car wasn't ready, and at that point I was pretty worried they screwed something up. So anyway, the receptionist told me that she'd get a technician to call me, but of course that never happened, so I went down to the dealership and it turns out that my car is already done, just that no one called to notify me. I was so happy to get my G35 back that I didn't bother to complain about the bad service.

I've never had a problem with Frontier Infiniti's service department. However, I think their sales dept. sucks. For that reason, despite living only about 5 miles away from Frontier, I've purchased my last two Infiniti's at their sister store in Redwood City (about 30 miles away).
Most of the salesppl at Frontier are young, inexperienced Asian kids who act like arrogant, snobby punks. Also, their sales tactics are shady and they don't haggle much. When I was planning on trading up my 03 coupe for the 05, they would only give me MSRP and were a bit rude.
Recently, when I was shopping around for the 07 G sedan, the salesppl that I dealt with were just plain shady. From the beginning, I was promised in writing (via email) a price of a minimum of $1000 over invoice. Then, they tried to d$ck me around with the price (despite having it in writing) and insisted on selling me a car with over 300 miles on it. Needless to say, I went to the other dealer and got what I wanted for $500 over invoice. The whole negotiation process was painless and took only 1 minute! And, my new sedan had less than 10 miles on it.
Note, despite getting quotes from several nearby dealerships for $500-1000 over invoice, I initially wanted to purchase from Frontier because the salesperson was a fellow Viet kid. I wanted to give him the sale to support my fellow ppl. Ironically, he d$cked me around!
It would have been the easiest sale for him in the world since I already knew what I wanted, had the money/financing done, just needed him to keep his word on the price, and get the car for me.

That's odd...LoJack can be installed in 30 minutes and can be done at your work and or home...The Lojack guy came to my work and installed it and gave me the information and then left...Total time 30 min. The dealership schedule the appointment at my work...Get your car back and tell them to have the guy come to your work and install it...
hmm..i bought my ride at Peninsula Infiniti, the "sister dealership" that people mentioned...I dont have any overly negative opinions about their sales dept, though they didnt haggle much I didnt expect them two a week after the model came out..
I havent taken my car for the first service yet though, so I've got fingers crossed bout their service dept...
