Does Infiniti conduct a survey for their new owners?
I haven't received anything for the G35 yet.. I was expecting to do a survey on the car and buying experience like you usually get from the manufacturer after the sale.
I going to blast them for their cheap-*** painted plastic front grille.. The thing is pitted and chipped already with less than 1100 miles on the car..
If you get the survey, give-em hell... cause its going to look bad in no time.

I got one - and a link to fill it out online...
But sorry, my grill still looks brand new.

I got the survey about a month and a half after I took delivery of my G. I wasn't driving me G hardly at all back then so the grille wasn't an issue. If I would of known then, I would of definitely provided them with some feedback.

Are you too showing signs of pitting, etc? Originally Posted by Garnet Canuck

3000 miles on mine and already got a couple pits in it. That's with 30-40 mph city driving. Would hate to see what it looked like if I had to get on an interstate in bumper to bumper traffic doing 75mph every day.

I did nothing but easy city driving for the first 500 miles.. then one road trip.. I was amazed to see all the pits and dings on the grille.. It's going to look like crap before its first oil change!Originally Posted by Railgunner

I have 2800 miles on my car (hwy and city driving) but I haven't had any issues with my grill so far. I hope my luck continues.

Yes, unfortunately. When I washed the G last weekend, I noticed two small chips in the grille. Originally Posted by G-Whizzer

Damn, that sucks! Why would Infiniti even think about putting a grille of that crappy quality on their bread and butter?

I got one from Infiniti, one from JD Power and one from some other company.
