What kind of APR for the G35?

New guy here. I'm going to purchase a 07 Sedan within the next few weeks. I want the Premium Package, Navigation package, Performance Tires and Wheels, and Technology Package. All at 39k according to the Infiniti website. This will be my first car so I'm not sure how to approach the dealership. I have very good credit(771), but I'm not sure how Interest rates work on cars. Just trying to figure out the numbers on the website and try to estimate the monthly bill.

And another thing, does the G35 offer the cool seats thing? I see they have the heated seats, but I was wondering about the cooling of the seats.

I think Infiniti is offering 5.99% or something around there.

Most dealers are able to work with any local credit union. Your credit is good and will give you the lowest interest rate. I check my local CU and the rates are for 60 month is 6.28%, 72 months is 6.84%. That will be % most anywhere. Try to arange your own finiacing. One less thing you have to deal with the dealer about. I paid for my G in cash, it was the first car I have ever done like that and it was much easier. Even though my credit score is 785, credit played nothing in this deal.

One other thing, don't add all the upcharges to your loan, paint conditioner, lo jack etc..... It is a waste of money. Plus it does nothing for the resale. Car's depreciate by the second. Good luck.

Oh- and no cooled seats but who needs them when you have a car as nice as this?

Bet you guys didn't know that one of the perks of the VPP plan is better APR from Infiniti financing. When I got mine in December, it was 5.49 for a 5 year.

If any of you buy with VPP and plan to finance it, make sure you check out and compare their rates!

I can get close to 4.0% through Pentagon Federal credit Union. Perks of having a fiance who works for the government.
