Anyone upgrade their HID bulbs?

I have a pair of D2S Philips 6000k HID bulbs sitting in my garage from my previous car.

Has anyone changed their HID bulbs? Any DIY around? Do I have the right bulbs?

you have to put it in the oven to take the bulbs out???

No, it's to remove the amber reflector

Come on, I see some signatures with 6000k HID bulbs installed.
