Yes it does.

The weird part is that my phone has an option to send all of my contacts over at once.

Start --> Bluetooth --> Bluetooth Send Object --> Contacts --> Select All

But for some reason, it errors out after the first contact. I don't understand why. It basically disconnects the session.

The other issue is that it puts the contacts in Last Name, First Name. Which is really annoying...when I wanna call someone, I don't think of their last name.

Bluetooth transfer of Phonebook one at a time

I have the LG vx8600 from Verizon as well and I have been able to transfer one number at a time. When you go into the G35 blutooth and add a new entry you say transfer and then on your phone in Bluetooth mode and go to options and scrool down to transfer contact. The G35 then confirms the name and number.

I have the Motorola Q and Verizon service, and I was able to transfer my entire phonebook in one shot. It took about 30 seconds to download. I did recently update my Q software on the Motorola website, so that may have something to do with it. The phone seems more responsive and the battery seems to last longer as well. If you do the upgrade make sure you backup everything to your PC, as it will erase anything you have put on it. I hope that helps.

Hmm...maybe I'll download and install the update. I had been hesitant since it eliminates the bluetooth tethering option to use the phone as a modem.

Have you found a way to get it to import First Name, Last Name instead of Last Name, First Name?

No, I didn't even bother to look. Last name, First works fine for me.
