Need help on Suspension

Hi guys,

I was thinking on lowering my G35 but didnt know what to go with. I didnt want to go with anything that looked slammed to the floor just something that eliminates the wheel gap and i didnt want to go with something that losess my luxury ride. Can someone please school me on which Suspension kit i should go with or what my options are. If you can include a item number and est. price and how much a drop it does that would be great as well.

Also was thinking on geting 20"s does anyone know if i get that and lowered will i be rubbing? And what are the most agressive size tires i can put on the 07 G35 (meaning deep lip)

Again thanks alot guys if you can help me out I will really appreciate

From a tire height perspective, you'll simply find a tire that is 26.7" tall (check the math I think that's what the stock tires are) so no matter the size of wheels, 17" to 22" the only change is the aspect ratio 55 to 20'ish. In my opinion with larger wheels you will sacrafice a bit in ride if you are concerned about that, but it does look hardcore with 20's!!

As for width I have 245's all around and that will work in front for sure. Wider up front, I don't know, I have not seen others go bigger. 275's in back are common and will fit I've heard many others say. I read someone quote they were about to go with 285's in back. That's probably tight depending on your offset, but unless you have 4 wheel steering which you might, it probably will fit.

As of now, Eibach is in production. H&R is rumored to be re-working theirs. Tein will not be validated until June although people are experimenting with them. There are other mfrs, but they have not been mentioned yet.

I've got the Eibach springs on my car now. You're more than welcome to check it out in person if you are in north OC.

To be honest, if I were you and you are not in a rush, I'd wait a little longer until the alignment issues are resolved.
