Absolutely - and for my G brethren, a 10% discount! Just send me a cashier's check for, say, a grand, and I'll see you soon. Really...

i average 16-17 mpg with 90% city driving. not thrilled about it either, but i've seen worse. i'm coming from a 2001 jetta wolfsburg 1.8t though which got me 24-26 mpg.

I'm just shy of 1000 miles on the odometer (in 13 days...haha). I've been driving EVERYWHERE taking the long way just to break her in. I'm getting about 18mpg or so. It's really not THAT bad - my 05 A4 (not direct injection), granted it was chipped, got about 22mpg. My WRX with turboback exhaust and ECU reflash got about 20-22mpg depending on A/C - but neither of those cars had over 300hp either. I'd say the 20ish everyone is getting is not so bad. Look at a hmm..say, GT Mustang for example. I dated this girl for a bit, drove spirited in her mustang and got like 12mpg. It could be worse, right? Gotta pay to play, kids

I just surpassed the 3000 mile mark on the odometer and noticed the gas mileage slowly increasing. I'd say I drive about 40% city / 60% highway and average anywhere between 18-22. This is with shifting between 3500-4000 rpms.

The Infiniti line are thirsty cars period! My Coupe averages 14 and maybe 15 on a lucky day with all city. The Lexus is much much better but a different car entirely. Even the BMW with high maintainence costs averages in the 20s. It's a weak point for Infiniti that they may have to address as federal standards are getting quite strict. Shame on you Infiniti! No excuses for crappy gas mileage with a modern car! The word is getting around and Nissan has enough problems.

I've been getting about 21-22 MPG on the roads around here (two lane, not a lot of stops...and driving like my dad ). I haven't really done much highway driving yet, but I have a trip planned soon the the SC coast so I should have a better idea after that.

And then of course once I reach 1200 miles the old lead foot will take over I'm sure....

im getting 17-18 city driving, freeway, stop and go + heavy footed driving when possible. costing about $50 a fillup lately. But i bought the car for the driving experience and not the mpg i think its too be expected from a powerful v6.

This car gets descent mileage for it power and weight.
The exhaust tips look pretty clean indicating a correct or lean mixture.. many high performance cars burn rich to protect the combustion temps.. but this engine seems well controlled with good fuel trim programming.
