actually if you turn off the wipers for a second and engage the cruise control..and then turn the wipers back on it still works??? so i guess they give you a loop hole to work with in the system NEO

The ICC can't be used when the wipers are in the LO or HIGH positions. It's not clear if cruise control w/o ICC also won't work with the wipers in the LO or HIGH positions. But, I believe ICC and non-ICC cruise control works if the wipers are in the intermittent position. So, drive slowly and use intermittent while eating your Big Mac!

I can confirm that the ICC version works when the wipers are set to intermittent. And if you use Aquapel, you don't even need wipers!

The ICC struggles in heavy rain, so when you put the wipers on full it will turn off the cruise control. You can have the wipers on intermittant with ICC activated. A little rain will not confuse the sensor.

If you want to use cruise control in the rain with your wipers on full, you hold down the cruise control button for three seconds and it disables the ICC and allows you to use normal cruise control. All of which is documented in the manual - you know, that thing you have in the car somewhere :P

In heavy snow, the ICC sensor at the front will get covered. The car will then disable the ICC and issue a warning that the sensor is blocked.

It seems to behave as I would expect it to.
