Lost my phonebook voice tags for the THIRD time!!!

He said they didnt know what the CD was for. So mention the ITB 07015 and have them look it up. I called twice, first guy didnt know anything but called 2 days later talked to the service manager and he looked into it.

I just got back from a week long business trip and had turned BT off when I was on the trip (because it sucks more battery down). I got back into my car, and drove for about 10 minutes and then realized BT wasn't on on the phone, so I turned it on (while I was driving). The car connected to the phone while driving and I thought everything was honky-dorey until my voicetags were gone.
I wonder if it has something to do with BT being enabled significantly after the car has started or if it just has to do with turning BT off on the phone for a long period of time.

Got an answer - of sorts
The dealer now tells me that the problem is phone compatibility - that my Motorola Razr V3m is not compatible because I have the nav system. Says it IS compatible WITHOUT NAV. Can anybody believe this one??? Pay more, get less??
Does anybody have the lost voicetag problem with a car without nav? Other phones?

My phone isnt compatible with 07 g35 either but it still works, I have Nav/Prem. When i took it in they didnt even ask me about what phone i was using. The voicetags belong to the car and the phonebook in the car. If you are talking about voicetag with your phone then im not sure.

phonebook entries question
when you add your contacts to your phonebook and do the voicetags and you fill all 40 spots....Can you access all 40 when the car is in drive or only a few.
I have 40 entries but can only access the first 12 while car is in drive....
Can someone verify this for me???
my last 6 on vin is 723211 whicj according to service bulletin it only affects car built before 720823...
