Broken floor mat tab!

That little tab that keeps the floor mat in place snapped off. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you think the dealer would fix that? Just another little annoyance.

I would think that's a warranty item... and what, maybe .50 ?

It's not the cost - just the fact that it seems embedded in the floor of the car and not sure how I would attach it. I'll have to look closer, though.

It's probably tabbed into a metal slot - but for sure, the carpet will need to be pulled up...

How'd it break? Isn't the tab located underneath the driver's seat where your foot can't hit it?

I'm not sure - I just found it lying on the carpet. I suppose I could try gluing it back together onto the base, but maybe I'll just let the dealer deal with it.

Dealer should cover it.

You should let the $tealership deal with it.

This could be a warranty issue because all it is, is a flimsy piece of plastic.

I agree, since you're still under warranty let the dealer handle it next time you take your car in for an oil change or some type of service.
