Very nice to have:
auto climate control
heated seats (hopefully better than in my 04)
bluetooth for cell phone.
mp3 support, both CD and iPod would be nice.

You guys all list some very important must-have's, but JMZ nails it with this one:
THIS IS SOOO TRUE, I laughed when I read this because I do the exact same thing everytime I park it.

I guess I'm just a simple guy because my list of must haves is:
ABS, side airbags, power windows and locks, and now HID headlights. The rest of the stuff makes my G more than just a car but it's really just gravy to me.
