Question about shifting in G35x automatic

Sup, i have a 07' G35x AWD (automatic). I noticed that in sequential shifting, from gears 2-3, there is sort of a kick feeling. Has anyone else experienced that? I have about 4700 miles on mine. Also, is that bad?
