No question. That was an awesome deal and with no hassle.

...But I've got to wait for mine.

I calculated it at $1004 (2.8%) over invoice, or $2450 (6.2%) below MSRP. (I was also asked not to name the dealer).

Infiniti of Chantilly. They didn't budge at first either. I got some quotes from some out of town (PA) dealers at slightly less than that price while I was on a business trip. I asked them to match it, and they didn't. I offered a few hundred dollars more (since I preferred to by locally) and they originally said no. They called back the next day and did the deal. The salesman said that 11/30 was the first day they sold the new G35 under sticker.

The Tysons Corner Infiniti dealer said he would come down off of sticker if I had an offer from another dealer as well.

For all those in the Philadelphia area, Infiniti of West Chester made the original deal, and Infiniti of Willow Grove matched it. I was prepared to buy the car at either of those to places, since I am there a lot on business, but ended up local when they came close.

Hi All, I excited to say I've got my car last Friday and I can't believe how great it is! Can't wait until it's broken in so I can really let it fly.

I've gotten a few PM's for the broker I used so I'm going to tell all. Below is the link to the right people for those in Canada. I think they work right across Canada.

The person who helped me is Derry Williams.
They're a little slow in response sometimes as it's over the phone and emails but it's worth it!

Good luck!

Great deal! Did you close the deal right at the end of the month? I've heard that makes a big difference.

i heard it does as well, but because i was waiting on an insurance check in order for me to purchase the car, it didn't show up until the 30th, so i actually bought it on the 1st. still a pretty damn good deal though, although i'd prefer to get it at invoice heheh

Thanks DB-G35, it's a bit late for my 07 but I wrote this down because I am sure I will be purchasing another car in the future and it is worthwhile to give it a try.

Excellent that you're enjoying both the car and your great deal.
Thanks for posting. I'm sure a lot of people may benefit.

G35x price

I was wondering if I can get some insight to how much I should pay for a:
G35x
Navigation
Premium Package

The best the dealer did so far is $500 off of MSRP. Any advice would help.

Thanks

nice prices with APA

APA (www.apa.ca) is offering a deal similar to DB-G35's

G35X, PREMIUM, NAVIGATION
INVOICE 44,940 Canadian dollars
MSRP = 49,640 Canadian dollars

APA offers $1500 over invoice - so $44,940+1500 = 46440 + $65 APA referral fee + dealer admin fee + $65 to join APA

I've done the test drive and I'm ready to make an offer but wanted to get an opinion if anyone's been able to get a better deal. Below is in Canadian dollars!
Vehicle Specs: 2007 Infiniti G35x
Options: Premium Package with Navigation System
Blue onyx exterior comes with Stone or graphite interior
Vehicle MSRP OUR QUOTE
Base Vehicle $43,390.00 $41,768.00
Chargeable Options $6,450.00 $5,204.00
Cost of Vehicle $49,840.00 $46,972.00

Freight & PDI $1,630.00 $1,630.00
Air Tax $100.00 $100.00
Fuel Tax $75.00 $75.00
Admin Fee $0.00 $0.00
DAA $0.00 $0.00
PPSA $0.00 $0.00
Vehicle Price $51,645.00 $48,777.00
Before Tax Rebates $0.00 $0.00
Vehicle Sub Total $51,645.00 $48,777.00
GST (6%) $3,098.70 $2,926.62
PST (8%) $4,131.60 $3,902.16
Total $58,875.30 $55,605.78
I think that APA is a bit less than this. G Sport 6MT w/ Navi (MSRP of $49,740 - ergo $100 less than the above) for $55,112 - delta of roughly $385 if I take out the $100+tax.

My order was $1,090 off MSRP plus undercoating. I could have also gotten free all weather mats but wife gave in pretty easily.

I'm waiting it out in hopes of getting the car for lower (invoice??) I'm wondering since they might be trying to close year end numbers, would I lose my advantage in the early months of 07?
