Gas Mileage Increasing?

Thanks for all the input on the Nav option. Seems like a great option to get.

Another question I have is what kind of MPG does everyone get ? I do alot of Highway driving and certainly do not want a car that gets 16 MPG .

TIA

I am averaging between 19 and 21 MPG (I too do a lot of highway driving).

If you got 27mpg for a whole tank fillup, that would really be great mileage for the G35. The best I got was on a trip from Sedona AZ to Las Vegas, which netted me 29.8mpg for the tank. That included some driving around Las Vegas after the highway trip. Of course, that trip made it easier to get higher mileage because there were a lot of downhill grades, but that's still pretty impressive for this gas hog. On the rest of that trip (Bay area to Sedona - Las Vegas to bay area) I averaged around 26mpg, which I was real happy with.

Standard mixed driving at home, I'm lucky to get 22, mostly 19.5 on average, and that's with me being light on the pedal about 80% of the time and slamming it the rest.

I'm averaging just over 18 overall, with mostly city driving. On freeways at 80-85 or so I get 24 in a 6MT. The mileage has been steadily improving over the 2500 or so miles I have owned the car.

This car is surely not the mpg leader ..... it focuses more on performance and *wide grins* on the driver's face .......

I get 19 or so (more city than hwy)

Make sure you are comfortable with the fact that MPG is definitely not this car's selling point.

I average between 19.5-20.5mpg (computer calculated). 75% highway 25% city. 7500miles.

I really think our 91 gas here in CA has some effect. Can't get 93 octane. Anyone from CA get more than 22mpg?

Do a search here in the 07 Sedan section as there have been an abundance of threads discussing this.

I get between 20-22 driving 50/50 city/highway. Anyone know where I can get some 93 octane in the LA area? I know of a station somewhere in Malibu where they sell 118 octane for $6.50/gallon.

what we need is a mileage poll sticky with the following info:

current mileage:
%city/hwy driving:
