What to Do?
also, remember that the mileage is irrelevant to the warranty etc. the warranty ends xx,000 miles after the inservice mileage. so if the mileage was 132 when you bought it, the warranty expires with xx,132 miles, not xx,000.

+1, if you check this out and they were lying to you then I'd roast them a little but if it's legit then that would ease my mind a little bit. In the end though it's up to you.
I would be mad.
Just as an example of how it may have been driven, the last time I was out at Six Flags (CA) we were driving back and ended up racing with some guy driving a MB between dealers. The car was a bran new CXXX and still had all the white plastic on it. He was wearing a service shirt for the dealer. They enjoy these kind of things and do not drive the car "nice".
I would fight for a free 100k warranty extension.

Mine had 48 on it - which wasn't that big of a deal since I knew the dealership close by had to get it from another dealership. I wanted a black sport with premium but no nav/tech and it wasn't available at the time. But I agree with the other folks here - if it's in excellent condition - no chips, scratches, etc then it will be perfectly fine. But it's really up to you - every person has their own opinion on what to accept as "brand new" so I respect your concern about this type of thing. It is a huge investment so do what you need until you're satisfied with delivery
my car had 191 miles (dealer said it was a trade from NJ to VA). I really wanted a low mileage car too. Just for comparison, my 05 Pilot had 4 miles, but dashboard creaked from day one.
The mileage is not really a big deal in terms of the break-in schedule. 70 miles is only 6% of the 1200 miles break-in schedule. Ultimately, you have to decide on what you can live with.
Hard to believe that an ordered car was delivered to the wrong dealership, though.

As Altersys says, check the window sticker. I just hate being lied to. Just doesn't seem reasonable that it was "accidently" delivered to the wrong dealer. Of course i'm not in the car business, maybe that happens. Some dealers are very careful with their cars and some are not. I first test drove the G in Palm Desert. They let you take the car by yourself! And make a point to let you know to take your time & get a good feel for the car.
I expect to take delivery of my car first of the week, wow, just got a call as I was typing, "MY CAR IS HERE" before I could ask he said there is 6 miles on the odometer and he made sure they didn't mount the front plate! No holes for me! BRIAN: Odds are your car is perfect. Get the story again, if the car looks good & the story checks out then take delivery & enjoy! By the way, where are you, maybe we should have a double christening of the new "G's"

here's what would happen if it did. for the sake of this story, the truck driver is named earl, and the the sales manager is named dick.
earl: whelp. i've got these here infinitis to drop off, juuuust need you to sign here and initial these delivery forms.
dick: uhhh, we didn't purchase this car.
earl: which car?
dick: this one, right here.
earl: uhhh, ok. well, just get one of your trade drivers to take it over to the other dealership.
dick: f no. i'm not paying for that. put the car back on the truck like you're supposed to and deliver it to the right dealer!
earl: grumble... city boway... grumble...
car arrives at the right dealership with five miles on the odo instead of four.
THE CAR WAS DEALER TRADED
