il drive it tilted when cruising on rainy days to help keeping the car from fogging up and to keep it from gettin stuffy but not on city streets in the rain

That depends on what your definition of "power washer" is. It's also been called a pressure washer, high pressure sprayer, etc., etc.

I guess I had a brain fart I always refer to the "pressure washer" as a "power washer" To date, no sponge has touched my paint yet, I just keep spraying on soap and rinsing until I'm happy with the level of cleanliness. It's supposed to rain this weekend too

My theroy was that the high pressure water got underneath the rubber seal and lifted it off.
