My car was missing in Infiniti's system

I know...not a big deal but I called up Infiniti customer relations to get my roadside assistance card that never showed up. They couldn't find my VIN or name in the system anywhere. Maybe it was because I purchased out of California and had it shipped to Washington state. I had to fax over my sales agreement to prove ownership. I felt I needed to get this squared away now to avoid any future warranty issues related to the date of delivery. Hopefully this will be resolved by next week.

Prolly just a glitch in the system or someone mistyped the VIN with all those numbers and letters.
Good thing you're getting it squared away now rather than later.

I just went through this last week. Took my local dealer 1 week to get my warranty info from Infiniti and into their computer. I was ready to call Infiniti's head office but they came through.

Personally I think they can do it quicker and they do this to be an inconvience since I bought my car elsewhere.

Booked in for my first appoinment on June 18th.

Be patient, all will be fine!

Interesting. I have had to call twice now because the statements I got for my 1st payment isn't for the amount on my sales agreement. They said they will take care of it but they seem to be having a hard time getting information from one department to another.

I'm curious how common this is. Update us if you have to call again or do anything else.

I have the same issue. In fact, I was going to send you a PM on this as we bought it at the same dealer...

The Fairfield dealership has been very unresponsive on this issue. Infiniti of Kirkland has been helpful and they were first trying to contact that dealership directly to get them to update the system. With no response after 2 months, they asked me to call the Infiniti consumer affairs number(which you posted). I need to fax over my bill of sale to get them to update the system. Hopefully that is done soon After that I can get the heated seats TSB applied...

I never got the roadside assistance info, or the I-key letter, either. I wonder if this has happened to me?!

I find it interesting that they are considering the case closed when they have still not given you a real conclusion to the whole thing. I think I would be ready to kill someone at this point if I were you though.

Well, it's been about 7 months since I purchased my car. I haven't gotten the roadside assistance card yet. I called my dealer asking about it, and he never got back to me. I guess I'll call Infiniti directly.

A couple of months after I purchased my car, I got the Infiniti extended warranty (7 years/100K miles). The extended warranty is suppossed to also extend the roadside assistance service. From from the pics that treacherous posted, it doesn't look like the card has any expiration date printed on it, right?

I believe that I'm in Infiniti's system. I did get the notice about the Intelligent key subject to possible problems if cell phones are too close.

See now that is interesting to me. I got my roadside assistance card but I haven't gotten the letter about the cell phone thing. LOL

Of course I almost threw my roadside assistance card away because it came it what appeared to be a brochure/junk mail. It was only a fluke that I actually opened it up and looked inside of it before I tossed it.

I'm sure I didn't throw mine out (especially if it said "Infiniti" on the envelope, which I wouldn't know since I never got one). I'll call Infiniti up later today.

Don't you know, regardless of when the warranty expires, things will only break after the warranty expires My previous car - 2 months after the warranty expired, the transmission went bad! Seriously, though, hope you straighten out this issue without too much more trouble.
