I just looked today at my sunroof and the finsiher is loose on the passenger side. Read the TSB on infinitihelp.com and i do not fall into the category. My car was built in Feb 07 according to the sticker and my VIN is after what was posted.

How do they figure out these numbers and built before dates?

Will call my service dept to set up a date to have it fixed, how long did it take for them to fix others?

 

Even if your car doesn't fall within the stated product date and VIN ranges, the dealer will still fix the problem especially since it's still under warranty.

Sunroof TSB can literally be fixed in a matter of minutes. Heated seats TSB takes 30 min to one hr.
**Note: Although I got the heated seats TSB done, I don't think it functions normally.**
