Options for the G35x

Hello All,

Let me start off by saying that I am a G35 n00b.

The wife and I are going to trade in the 525i and get her a G35x.

Since I can't help modding everything I own, I need info on what factory upgrades I can order on the car.

For example the G35 coupe has some split spokes, can I order these for the sedan?

Any advice is welcome....but chrome is the enemy

As far as examples of my style (and for general pic wh0ring) here are some pics of my car.

Its not that it isnt clean, just a little much for me. Still a freaking awesome car. I was contemplating buying a 2-3 year old M3 Coupe or the G35S and I ended up buying the G35. The main reason was that a used M3 was a scary proposition for me since you can never know how it was treated previously.

Gotcha.

Your reasoning is very sound.

Any ideas on my question for factory upgrades on the G35x?

I don't know of any factory upgrades really. I mean you can get rubber mats for winter and that kind of thing, but I don't know about ordering different wheels and stuff. They pretty much offer what they have in the different packages. Unless I am not understanding you correctly.

I am probably not be clear. I guess my question is: do the wheels on the G35 coupe fit the G35x sedan, etc?

I dont think theres many options for the X. The coupe wheels are staggered and supposedly you arent supposed to run them on the AWD version.

Just out of curiosity, since you already have BMW's have you considered the 335xi? Its 4 doors, twin turbo and all wheel drive.

Oh, that is one sick M3!
