I have leased a 2004 Coupe on which I still owe about $2200. The dealer said he'll buy me out early, and get me into a fully loaded (prem, nav, tech, splash) G35X with 15K miles and 39 months.

money factor - .00177
residual - 55%

With the trade in and negative equity, I got the following figures.

$3000 down (includes tax, title, first month, etc.)
$559 a month

or

$2000 down (includes tax, title, first month, etc.)
$579 a month


WITHOUT TRADE

$2000 down (includes tax, title, first month, etc.)
$549 a month


Please let me know what you think of these numbers, comparitively to yours.

 

Sounds like a decent deal to me. I got my fully loaded X for 633.00/mo, but I got 18k miles/yr and didn't make a downpayment (only Security and First month).

 

The downpayment is basically all-encompassing of taxes, titles, fees, and 1st month...

What is the security basically?
