so does it matter in which direction you put the ezpass in the sunglass holder?

 

I put the E-Z pass device in with the windshield, velcro/suction side facing down, approximating how it would work if stuck to the windshield, assuming that the sensor reads through the windshield and detects the surface of the device.

Worse case, just flip the sunglass holder down and the velcro side is facing the windshield.

But it might work with either side down.
