The rattle situation.....

What do you 07 sedan owners think of your interiors as far as build quality?
I am in an 05 coupe, althought the interior was updated from the 04, the biggest pet peeve I have is all the interior rattles that I have to deal with makeing the car feel so cheap. When I drive my wifes 07 A4 it just seems put together better interior wise, I don't feel like parts of the car are going to fly off at high speeds. Bottom line hows the situation with interior rattles so far, thanks all.

Our 04x that we traded in was a rattle-o-matic. The new one seems so much tighter and put together a lot better. No rattles yet!

I've got a lot of rattles in my '07, but they are mostly intermittent and speed sensitive. I can't quite figure them all out yet.

there are some rattles, most have been easily fixed (i.e. rear deck).

The Audi has a great interior, but their mechanical reliablity is horrible. Wait until you have serious electrical problems, etc.

I've had that rear deck rattle once. What's the fix?

Or a non-warranty transmission failure... my old boss has had to replace two automatics in two separate A6's at the cost of around 6K each time. As well as most power door locks and other electrical gremlins. His experience with Audi's is the biggest single reason I would never entertain the thought of purchasing one.

A great lease vehicle or make sure you purchase the best extended warranty you can find.

I have about 5K miles, and there are very little rattles compared to my '04 TL.

I had 04 TL it rattled liek crazy, my 06 and 07 were much better. Coming from a TL how do you liek the G35? Do you find it sucking feul much worse than the TL?
