I also heard another way that's pretty technical and pretty hard to correct the sensitive throttle - learn to drive!

Or... go buy the faster 335i, that actually doesn't have this issue from the factory on it's AT cars.

I'd rather have a sensitive throttle than an overheat problem...

I wonder if the change would make response like turning snow mode on in a X model. Not sure I would like that all the time.

In their defence, that was remedied with a simple oil cooler. Now with a reflash they are making near 400 crank.

I feel better in knowing I saved $10k in buying the Infiniti.

It took me all of maybe 30 minutes to adjust to the throttle.

Yeah, pretty much same here. I honestly don't see what the big deal is.

That's fair - I was surprised by the article that noted overheat at 75 degrees in the rain tho.

I just like the G better - AND I'm glad about the $10k too

The throtle may be sensitive, but I really think 1st gear is 1 tooth too low. The transition from 1st to 2nd is never smooth, no matter how smooth the driver may be (AT of course).

I have driven many cars of many makes and never had to "learn" to throttle properly. They are all pretty linear. Not sure if it's physical (springs?) at the pivot or an actual ECU problem.

It's amazing how people always seem to find something to complain about. Good God, just go out there and enjoy the car. Sensitive throttle?! I agree with some of the previous posts. Learn to drive your car!!!

I've had the car for quite a while now and I can honestly say this does not bother me at all.
