I just put some cotton ***** between the rear panel and window, rattle has stopped.

I had a similar problem after buying my 08 also. I took it back to the dealership and they popped the panel from underneath inside the trunk. It turned out to be a wire that connects to the amp I think. When the wire's bent up, it rubs against the amp. They simply bent it down, and all the rattle went away.
