Try South Florida. My deal was in south florida. There seems to be a lot of 08 inventory down here.

I thought I'd provide the quotes I have received thus far. I am in the market for the 2008 G35 Sedan with premium and navigation package. I was looking to put down total driveoff of $2,000. The best quote I have received thus far is 39 months at $450/month (including taxes) with 12,000 miles annually. I kicked it back to the dealer and asked for 15,000 miles annually instead at the same set monthly price. I am located in Southern California, and unfortunately for us, it seems all dealerships around here are out of this similar model with the premium and navigation package.

I was quoted by 3 different dealerships, 3 different "shipping" charges from $300 to $1200 to bring one in from in state or out of state. Do any of you know if this is just a bogus charge they are trying to pad to their profit line? Also, would love to hear feedback on if you believe this is a good lease deal (especially if I get the 15K annually). From the dealer's monitor, it looked like the cap cost was $34,800. Thanks!

EDIT: Some other quotes I received for the 2008 G35 Sedan with premium and sport package (no navi) was $2000 down, 10K miles annually, and $480/month (including taxes). I didn't like that quote at all.

Can anybody in the Atlanta area give me an idea of what I should expect for monthly OTD prices? I was quoted about $480/month back in Oct 08. Also, any recommendation on which dealers I should or should NOT visit?

Thanks!

Just signed the lease contract for the following:

2008 G35 Journey Sedan with Premium and Navigation
36mth
12k mi/yr
$0 down
$458/month

This is my deal also posted earlier in this thread ,,, and I believe it is very decent:

- Lease for 39 mo. with 12K mls. per year.
- MSRP of my G35S w/ prem., sport, trunk mat, trunk net and splash guards is $37,935
- Cap cost is $34,841 ... so they gave me a $3,094 discount to reduce cap cost.
- Residual is 52% after 39 mo. or $19,726
- Money factor is .00086 (or 2.06% interest) ... which I think is a really good lease interest.
- Paid $1,517 up front money (OTD) for: $495 Doc fee, $575 Acq. Fee and $447 first month's payment
- 38 payments @ $447.51/mo

Negotiated two G35x's .. in Chicagoland dealership:

G35x (prem/navi): $35,250 OTD (including a trade worth $900 that I got $2k for) and 0.9% (MSRP was $41,250)

G35x (prem/navi): $34,750 OTD (including a trade worth $3k that I got $3k for) and 0.9% (MSRP $41,250)

One was for the wife, one was for the mother-in-law.

I believe I just got nearly the exact same deal.

Received the G35 (Black Obsidian with Stone Interior) with premium, sport, and splash guards. Paid $1,500 driveout, $447/month on a 36 month lease. Was happy to get the 36 month lease so I can avoid paying the 4th year of registration fees. I'm just glad I finally got in on the 2008s while they are still around =D. My original plan to get the premium and navigation didn't work out as I kept getting nowhere with each dealer.

Sounds like it ... Ours has premium, sport, splash guards, trunk mat, trunk net as options. Congrats! You know, I actually did not want the nav at all .. it's $2200 more and you don't get an in dash CD changer with the Nav ... that's crap and that SD card slot plus hard drive is a PITA!! My registration renews in September (NC plates transfer with their original in service month from the original issue month) so this is not an issue for me.

Looks like a good deal.

On a different note, OTD prices are in some sense not relevant to potential buyers because TTL depends on where your city, county, state etc. -- what really matters is the price before TTL. My 0.02c.

Anyhow, have fun

Deal in DC/Baltimore area

I had to drive up to Elicott City, MD from Alexandria, VA (about an hour)
Purchased a black on graphite G35x prem+navi for $32,900 out the door (including TTL around 31,400 pre TTL) and had them throw in a year of maintenance to make the deal that day. I did not get the .9% though. This excludes the trade in. Passport in Alexandria wanted 33,500 out the door for a 4k mile demo (no .9%).

I got my from JBA as well in ellicott city, and basically 31200 out the door, 08 IP G35x with premium with 13miles. This is before trade in.

DANG IT..should of forced them to throw in maintence, but they did gave me an extra 1K on my trade. 3K from every freaking dealership i went to, but JBA gave me 4K.

still a great deal though!

Did that price include navigation? Damn. I got wrecked on my trade, but I'd already driven up there for an hour and relented anyway.

naahh...no navi for me...which is exactly 1.7K less then your price. 2K extra for navigation and 9gb harddrive sounded a bit pricey to me. I can pay a custom audio dealer 2K and have better.....but then again i never would, lol.

Was offered $28,911 for a new 08 G35 Journey with Premium package. I think I can talk them down to $28K at least.

Does anyone know can I put 20" staggered on a 08 G35xS, or I have to put 20" X 8.5 all arround, cause I heard staggered 20" might void the AWD function. I am a new G35 owner, just got the car 2 months ago. Thx!!!

Hey guys
Did some of you buy Gs in the DFW area ? I got trouble on the price.
I wanted the 08, with premium and sport package but the dealer will not budge (MSRP $37,985.00, Sell price : $31,700). With the 4k cash rebates ....
I think its really high ... it is not invoice ... and at this point I think it is a steep to pay more than invoice !
And even the other models, they are not selling at invoice (there is only 3 dealers and there price are $1k above the invoice) !!! WTF !!!

If some of you bought Gs in the DFW area, any feedbacks would be appreciate

thanks
